How It Works
The InBoxer Anti-Risk Appliance comes in the following models:
- InBoxer captures all inbound, outbound and internal emails and instant messages as they are communicated.
- All messages and attachments are full-text indexed and scored against 80 different pre-defined and customized categories using InBoxer’s Pre-Search technology. This allows for extremely fast discoveries and the unique ability to truly “know what you are archiving”. Nobody likes surprises in their corporate records.
- All messages are stored based on your pre-defined retention policy (typically 3-7 years)
- Access to the system is defined by the administrator with different authority per user
- When needed searches/discoveries can be created and exported
- On-going the system can monitor and send alerts based on your corporate or regulatory policy.
- End users can get access to their own archived messages
