Archives and Never Changes Every Email
InBoxer copies every email and attachment at the moment it is sent or received. Even if the user changes, deletes, or recalls the message, the archived record remains unchanged. Unlike some competitive products, InBoxer never changes any email or attachment. Messages are stored in their native format. |
Virtually Unlimited Storage
Most competitive products try to sell you large disk drives that you may not use for years. All InBoxer systems can archive messages to internal and external storage, such as a networked file store, networked back-up or USB drives. The Virtual Appliance can accept additional internal storage when you need it. (With disk prices dropping rapidly, why would you buy disks today that you won't need until tomorrow.)

Reliable Storage
InBoxer does not delete a message from the email server until it is safely stored on the Appliance. Most InBoxer systems come with RAID 5 redundant storage. External storage can be used to archive the messages. A digital signature is applied to ensure archive integrity. |

InBoxer supports Microsoft Exchange, IBM Lotus Domino / IBM Lotus Notes, First Class 9, Kerio, and many more. It can support multiple servers simultaneously and the migration of one server to another to create a unified archive.
