	High Quality Email Archiving.
	InBoxer copies every email and attachment — inbound and outbound — as soon as it is sent or received. Messages cannot be altered or deleted, even if the user or administrator immediately deletes the email. Unlike some competitive products, all messages are stored in their original format with all metadata intact, as required by the U.S. Supreme Court. (Metadata includes attributes like file owner, creation date, and routing details.) Captures both internal and external messages. While some products protect at the perimeter of the network, it is the off-the-cuff, casual internal email conversations that tend to trigger lawsuits and arm litigators with damaging evidence.
	Unlimited Storage Capability Saves Money Now and In the Future.
	InBoxer supports any email retention period with virtually unlimited storage that takes advantage of existing storage products and back-up systems for disaster recovery. Don't buy years worth of storage today. InBoxer allows you to add disk storage when you need it. Not only will you save money and effort now, you will save overall by buying later because disk prices are dropping 45% per year.* InBoxer can copy email and indexing information to a networked file server or USB drive. Use this capability to create files for off-site back-up or for WORM drives. InBoxer uses a digital signature to make sure that the information it stores is unchanged when retrieved.
	Integrated Electronic Discovery and Document Recovery.
	Extremely fast and flexible searching and electronic discovery with InBoxer's unique "What You See Is What You Get" real-time interface. InBoxer supports full text search, as well as searching by sender, recipient, date, and more. Authorized users can access the InBoxer system from a web browser. They can conduct their own searches without involving IT. InBoxer automatically logs every search to provide an accurate audit trial that reduces the risk of abuse. User InBoxer's sophisticated language technology to find messages that other systems miss. The system has tests for racial slurs, sexual content, social security numbers, and more. For example, InBoxer can identify privacy violations with any social security number, credit card number, and more. Competitive systems can search for a specific credit card number, but not any social security number. InBoxer identifies potentially offensive mail that may be evidence for a hostile work environment suit. Competitive systems can search for dirty words. InBoxer can tell the difference between a "dumb blond joke" and a discussion of hair color. InBoxer can distinguish between messages to a competitor, from a competitor, and those about a competitor. Use InBoxer's language-based tests to speed discovery. For example, instead of manually reading all email messages from Bob to Betty, you can search for messages from Bob to Betty that scored a high offensive content score. Download individual messages or groups of messages in their original format for document recovery or processing by litigation support systems. "Automatic Litigation Hold" preserves all messages and attachments that are viewed by an authorized user. Such messages will not be deleted by InBoxer. Audit the use of the system to make sure there are no privacy violations. InBoxer tracks every activity and every message viewed.
	Email Policy Management and Real-Time Email Notifications.
	Analyzes every message in real time using more than 70 tests plus tests that you create. Send real-time email notifications when a message triggers any test. For example, get an alert when a message with certain words you designate is sent or received. The alert contains a link to the actual message content. Schedule report updates to be emailed on a daily, weekly, monthly or other basis.

	The InBoxer Anti-Risk Appliance is available as a turnkey rack-mount server (1u or 2u) that is ready to plug in and run using genuine Dell hardware. It arrives fully configured and is designed to start archiving messages immediately. Turnkey systems ship with up to 3TB of storage. The InBoxer Anti-Risk Appliance is available as a virtual appliance which can be customized with the hardware configuration you desire. Supports both VMware (server or ESX) and Microsoft Virtual PC. Choose the virtual appliance if you want to add internal storage, memory, or processing power in the future. (NOTE: * indicates a feature of the Virtual Appliance.)
	Supports Most Email Servers. Copies every email message and attachment from Microsoft Exchange, IBM Lotus Domino / IBM Lotus Notes, First Class (v9), Kerio, most UNIX POP3 systems, and other servers. It can copy from multiple servers and handle migrations from one server to another. It can even copy email from different types of servers to create a unified email archive.
	IT friendly. The InBoxer Anti-Risk Appliance typically installs in less than an hour. It does not require any new software on your email server. It does not interfere with the flow of messages copies messages and never interrupts the email flow.
