Now your BlackBerry® and handheld Inbox can be as clean as your Microsoft Outlook Inbox.
InBoxer provides optional support for removing spam from your BlackBerry, Treo, remote email device. Even dial-in email downloads can be made faster.
There are three ways to implement support for your device:
PopBoxer.
Forward only the email you want to any POP3 account, including those accessed by your handheld device or remote PC.
Or, if all your email is automatically copied to your device's POP3 account, InBoxer can delete the spam in that account by comparing your remote Inbox with your Microsoft Outlook Inbox. InBoxer automatically deletes the spam.
InBoxer Redirector.
BlackBerry Redirector users can use the InBoxer Redirector to place only good mail in the folder redirected to the BlackBerry. It works by copying only the good mail from the Inbox into the proper folder.
BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
When using the BlackBerry Enterprise Server with Microsoft Exchange, there are two choices. Sync the Microsoft Outlook Inbox using Folder Redirection and the BlackBerry, then InBoxer will keep spam out of the folder automatically. To sync a different folder, use the
InBoxer Redirector with Folder Redirection to place just good mail in the proper folder.
PopBoxer and the InBoxer Redirector are premium plug-ins available for purchase. Microsoft Outlook and InBoxer must be running on a PC for filtering to take place.
