Paying for InBoxer
On-line purchases are preferred, although special arrangements may be made for site licenses and large volume orders. We accept credit card payment for online orders. Orders in the Americas, Africa (except South Africa) and Asia are processed by Wells Fargo Bank, Microsoft bCentral, or PayPal, depending upon the user selection.

We accept the following payment types: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express and Electronic Check. Acceptance of payments is dependent upon the financial institution. The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is: InBoxer Spam Filter from Audiotrieve or PAYPAL *INBOXER or similar.

Orders in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa are processed by Transaction-One, Technology Park, Colindeep Lane London, NW9 6DU, UK, www.transaction-one.com. Registered in England No. 3892751. VAT Registration No. GB 690 7519 07. We accept the following payment types: Visa®, MasterCard®, EuroCard, JCB, Switch and Solo. Acceptance of payments is dependent upon the financial institution. The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is: 'T1 COMPUTER STORE ONLINE NW9' or similar.

Your credit card is charged immediately or as soon as commercially reasonable upon purchase. We encourage all customers and potential customers to try the InBoxer software using our free download prior to making a purchase to confirm that the software meets expectations and requirements. All software is provided under the terms of the End User License Agreement. No ther warranty applies.

Please provide the "bill to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the "Bill to" information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the "Bill to" information or the information does not match the address information on file.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax in Massachusetts. Tax for orders shipped to Massachusetts will have 5% sales tax automatically added to the order total.


VAT
We collect VAT in Europe.


Processing an Order
Copies of the InBoxer software may be downloaded at any time from the website www.inboxer.com. An "activation key" is required to operate the software after the expiration of the trial period. A copy of the activation key will be sent via email to the email address provided in the order. The key will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of the receipt of order confirmation from our bank. Orders received on weekends and holidays may be processed on the next business day.


How to Change Your Order
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at customerservice@inboxer.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the unlock key has already been sent, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.


Promotional Mailings
Audiotrieve may provide notices of updates and may survey you from time to time. We may notify you of any upcoming promotions and specials that may interest you. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, please make sure to check the box that reads: "Check this box if you do not wish to receive special promotional mailings". If for some reason you forget to do this you can have us remove you from our mailing list by emailing us at our customer service email address. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: InBoxer, Inc. encourages all customers to take advantage of the full free trial period to ensure that the software meets all requirements prior to purchase. All customers must agree to the entire license agreement, which states that the product and any support from InBoxer, Inc. or its contractors are provided AS IS and without warranty, express or implied. There are no refunds once the software is installed. Audiotrieve specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Space   InBoxer for Outlook requires Microsoft Outlook version 2000, 2002, XP or 2003 on a PC using Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, NT4, Me or XP. InBoxer supports PCs using Microsoft Exchange (including the Blackberry Enterprise Server for Exchange), POP3, IMAP, Hotmail, MSN Mail and multiple profiles. At least 20MB of free disk space is needed for installation, and 10MB thereafter for running the InBoxer application.

Inboxer does not support Outlook Express.
