What is the ordering process?

Click on the price that corresponds with what you want to order. You will be transferred to the secure Audiotrieve Ordering System where you will enter all of the needed information. Once your order is processed, our bank will notify our team to send an “activation” key to you at the email address you provided. It typically takes less than one hour to receive the activation key. If your free trial has expired, no harm will be done, but filtering of new messages will cease. Once the key is entered into your PC, you may go back and process all of the messages that you had received using the Control Panel.

How secure is the ordering system?

Audiotrieve is committed to providing a comprehensive approach to information security, designed to mitigate the risks associated with engaging in electronic commerce for its customers. All ordering information is entered directly from your PC into secure web pages hosted directly by Wells Fargo Bank, one of the top financial institutions in the world. You may instead use the PayPal ordering system. In either case, Audiotrieve personnel never see your credit card information, we do not maintain a copy of it on our systems and we do not transmit the information to other sites. For encryption of sensitive information in transit, the Wells Fargo systems support the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol – a security protocol that minimizes the risk of exposure to eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery during client/server application communication. In order to protect a customer’s shopping experience and privacy, the system has monitoring mechanisms to detect abnormal network activity.

May I order by phone?

Yes, you can order InBoxer via the telephone by calling 781-272-1140. Please be advised that it will be faster to order InBoxer online, and equally secure.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and electronic check.

How is sales tax calculated?

In accordance with the U.S. Internet Tax Freedom Act, Audiotrieve only charges sales tax to purchasers that provide billing addresses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Sales tax of 5% is automatically charged for customers in Massachusetts. Audiotrieve does not maintain offices or operations in any other jurisdiction or country outside of the United States and performs all services within the United States.

What if I have difficulties ordering?

If you have any difficulty with your order (i.e. you did not receive a registration number, you cannot get to the payment web page, etc.), please contact us via email at: sales@inboxer.com. If you were double-billed (this can happen if you abort the process after clicking the final [Purchase] button), you must email Audiotrieve at sales@inboxer.com. Be sure to include all your order information including: your name, your email address, and BOTH order numbers. Refunds will be considered for duplicate orders using the identical email address.

What is your refund policy?

InBoxer, Inc. encourages all customers to take advantage of the full free trial period to ensure that the software meets all requirements prior to purchase. Audiotrieve will not provide refunds after a license key is issued. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the InBoxer End-User License Agreement.

Do I need a CD? Can I buy one if I want one?

Currently, we do not offer InBoxer on CD-ROM in order to keep our prices low. To be safe in the event of the catastrophic failure of your hard drive, Audiotrieve recommends keeping a copy of your .zip installation file and the registration information on a backup tape, CD or floppy diskette. Our license agreement specifically permits backup copies. Please read the license agreement for details. You may also download the software from our site. Your registration code will work if you are loading the software on the same machine and using the same email address. Alternatively, you may request your registration code via email at support@inboxer.com.

How do I change or cancel my order?

InBoxer orders are filled promptly, sometimes in less than a minute. However, if we receive an email before your order is processed, it is possible to cancel it. We will not be able to cancel your order after a license key is issued. For this reason, we encourage you to take full advantage of the 21-day free trial Any problems with orders can be addressed by emailing customer support at customerservice@inboxer.com, or by telephone at 781-272-1140.
