My trial period is over. What do I do?

The trial version of InBoxer is identical in every way to the full version of InBoxer, except for the time limit. When you purchase an InBoxer license, you will receive an activation key corresponding to your email address. Enter the information and the 21 day restriction is removed. (It may be necessary to close Microsoft Outlook and then restart Outlook for InBoxer to activate.) It is not necessary to reinstall InBoxer.

It is a simple matter to obtain an activation key: select HELP from the INBOXER menu and then select REGISTER. Click the PURCHASE to proceed to a website and purchase the software. You can also purchase a license online at our websites http://www.inboxer.com.

There are two ways to receive technical support for InBoxer:

1. Knowledge Base
Search our entire site, including our extensive set of FAQs, for an immediate result anytime of the day or night.

2. Email support
Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below:



This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
