Multiple profiles

Multiple Outlook profiles are supported. When you upgrade from version 1.0 to a later version, your personal filters will be copied into new profile specific files. Additional profiles use unique statistics files. Please note: if you revert to version 1.0 you will lose any changes to your statistics since the installation of the newer version.

		There are two ways to receive technical support for InBoxer: 1. Knowledge Base Search our entire site, including our extensive set of FAQs, for an immediate result anytime of the day or night. 2. Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
