MSN Hotmail folders

MSN and Hotmail folders are now supported for filtering, and can be watched like any other Outlook mail folder in Outlook 2002 and more recent versions. (Outlook 2000 does not support Hotmail folders at all.) The Hotmail "junk mail" folder cannot be watched. This is a limitation of Microsoft Outlook.

From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
