I trained InBoxer, so why isn't it working?

InBoxer 's performance improves greatly with use. It is possible that you just need to train it on a few more messages. Training is accomplished every time you select a message and tell the system to block or keep it. You should look in your review folder often, particularly the first several days you have it installed, then block or keep messages, telling the system what your preferences are. InBoxer 's ability to accurately filter your mail is based on the number of times that it sees particular spam “clues” in your messages, so as it sees more and more of your email, the results will become increasingly accurate.

Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
