InBoxer's 'Keep' or 'Block' buttons are grayed out.

If you have a message selected and this is still the case, you may have gone beyond your trial period. If you wish to continue to use InBoxer, it is simple matter to purchase it online. Select InBoxer -> Help -> Register, and click the Purchase button to purchase the software.

Otherwise, please contact support. We highly recommend using the support option from the InBoxer menu so that our technical support team can review the operational log files.

		There are two ways to receive technical support for InBoxer: 1. Knowledge Base Search our entire site, including our extensive set of FAQs, for an immediate result anytime of the day or night. 2. Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
